The Secretary of State offices will be closed from February 15th at 5 p.m. until February 19 at 9 a.m. This is to replace its vehicle records systems. The kiosk machines will also not be available for use during this time. Transactions with the expiration dates between February 11th and March 2nd will have late fees waived.
